Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-06-21
This policy describes how Puzzelo handles information. Puzzelo is operated by Puzzelo.
Information we do not collect
Puzzelo does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or other personally identifiable information on Puzzelo's servers.
Information stored on your device
Puzzle progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and the app's Application Support directory. This information stays on your device.
Information stored in your iCloud
If you have iCloud enabled, Puzzelo uses NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore to sync small amounts of game state (such as progress and preferences) across your devices. This data is tied to your Apple ID, encrypted in transit, stored in your private iCloud, and Puzzelo never sees it.
Third-party advertising — Google AdMob
The free version of Puzzelo shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), but only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. AdMob may also collect coarse, IP-based location information and basic device information to serve and measure ads. See Google's privacy policy.
You can opt out of tracking at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or remove ads entirely with the in-app Remove Ads upgrade.
Other third parties
Puzzelo does not share data with any third parties beyond Google AdMob as described above.
Children's privacy
Puzzelo is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can delete a saved game, reset your statistics, delete the app, or disable iCloud Key-Value Storage for Puzzelo in iOS Settings at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above.
