These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Puzzelo, a free match-3 puzzle game for iPhone and iPad (the "App"), provided by Puzzelo ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules, Puzzelo grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you any rights of ownership in the App.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party;
- circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with advertising, in-app purchases, security, or authentication features of the App;
- use the App in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others;
- use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the App.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. In the EU and UK, ad consent is collected via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). On iOS, the App requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework; your choice is respected and can be changed any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. In-app purchases
The App offers one in-app purchase, Remove Ads: a non-consumable, one-time purchase that permanently removes banner and interstitial advertising from the App on your Apple ID. Because the purchase is tied to your Apple ID, you can restore it at any time on a device signed in to the same Apple ID by tapping Restore Purchases in the App.
All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled solely by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Puzzelo does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. User accounts and data
The App does not use user accounts. Game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzelo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Puzzelo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Puzzelo's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apple for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) five US dollars (US$5.00).
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puzzelo, the developer, is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
9. End User License Agreement (EULA)
These Terms constitute the End User License Agreement between you and Puzzelo for use of the App. In addition, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, is incorporated by reference and applies to the App. In the event of a conflict, the terms more protective of Apple's rights shall govern with respect to Apple.
Apple third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into between you and Puzzelo only, and not with Apple, and that Puzzelo — not Apple — is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
U.S. export compliance
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You further agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations in your use of the App.

Puzzelo and all game content, artwork, code, and audio are © 2026 Puzzelo. All rights reserved. No portion of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Puzzelo, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe that content in the App infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice including (i) a description of the copyrighted work, (ii) a description of the allegedly infringing material and its location, (iii) your contact information, (iv) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature, to support@puzzelo.app.
11. Trademarks
Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google, Google Play, and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the App.

Word Explorer — End User License Agreement
The following EULA applies specifically to the Word Explorer app, in addition to the Terms above.
1. License grant
Puzzelo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Word Explorer on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Subscription — Remove Ads
Word Explorer offers an optional "Remove Ads" monthly subscription. The subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown in the App Store at purchase, charged to your Apple ID. You can cancel any time at least 24 hours before renewal via your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Removing the app does not cancel the subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Word Explorer; not to use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the app; and not to interfere with its normal operation or that of other players.
4. Intellectual property
Puzzelo owns Word Explorer and all of its content, including the puzzle designs, artwork, dictionary, branding, and code. You receive no rights other than the limited license described above.
5. Disclaimers
Word Explorer is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzelo disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzelo's total liability arising out of or related to Word Explorer shall not exceed the amount you paid to Puzzelo (via Apple) for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. Puzzelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puzzelo, the developer, is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Apple
These EULA terms are between you and Puzzelo only. Apple is not responsible for Word Explorer or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
