Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Puzzelo apps. The apps are provided by Puzzelo.
1. License
Puzzelo grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Puzzelo apps on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the apps or any portion of them. You may not use the apps in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws.
3. Ownership
Puzzelo and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the apps, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described in Section 1.
4. Updates
Puzzelo may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of the apps. These updates may be required to continue using certain features, and they are governed by these Terms unless accompanied by a separate license.
5. "AS IS" Warranty Disclaimer
The apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzelo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzelo's total liability arising out of or related to the apps shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to download or use the apps.
7. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by Puzzelo. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the apps and delete all copies.
8. Apple — additional terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Puzzelo only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you. Your use of the apps is also governed by Apple's standard EULA, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
Puzzelo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
